Community Engagement and Activation
Through Dive into Diversity, we will create events throughout the U.S. in collaboration with local clubs to provide more opportunities for youth to experience, participate, compete and become engaged in the sport of diving regardless of ability level or financial status.
Increase Aquatic Facility AccesS
Partner with local and government officials throughout the U.S. as well as our corporate partners to advocate for revitalizing aquatics facilities and diving boards in underserved areas, and building new facilities in areas that lack access.
Grassroots Program
Through Dive into Diversity, we are creating a roadmap that diving programs throughout the U.S. can implement to enable and foster sustainable growth in visibility and accessibility, particularly in socioeconomically disadvantaged areas. We will be creating a complete education platform with resources on how to provide the support needed to include youth that would not otherwise be able to participate.
