12:45 pm - 2:30Pm

  • 12:45 - Doors open for participants and spectators

  • 1:00 - Diving showcase presented by USA Diving featuring international and local divers

  • 1:20 - Q&A with visiting coaches and divers

  • 1:30 - 2:30 - Water Safety Presentation, followed by Swim and Dive Clinics

Ages 6 to 17

  • Dive Clinic

    Participants will learn the foundational skills for the Olympic sport of diving. They will have the opportunity to learn from top coaches and athletes from around the world.

    This group is for participants that can pass a swim test in deep water.

  • Swim Clinic

    Participants will have the opportunity to get comfortable in water and learn the foundational skills needed to be safe. Participants will have the opportunity to try the dry-land training for the diving but will participate in a shallow water pool for their instruction in swimming.
